Spell Words DOWNLOAD
Dramatically improve spelling and reading skills using this program.  Simply type in word lists or copy-and-paste them from your word processor or other text sources.  In addition to the unlimited number of word lists that you can create, the program comes with over 3100 words in  lists of commonly misspelled words, most important words for reading and writing,  words according to frequency of use,  grade level words, national spelling bee words,  and more!
Note: The teacher can elect not to use Peedy and use the computer system's default Microsoft Voice to read the word. The word appears for the time interval determined by the teacher. The teacher also determines the number of errors (Tries) the student will get to type the word successfully. This exercise was set for 2 tries.  The student can hear the word as many times as he presses the 'Repeat Word' button.
In Level One, the vowels disappear and the student types in the entire word in the lower text box.
In Level Two, the consonants disappear.
For  Level Three, vowels and consonants are replaced with dashes.
Level Four, all characters are removed, leaving no visual cues.
Level Five requires total recall. The word is read to the student but the word does not appear.
