and writing skills while learning and memorizing subject materials with this program. Simply
copy-and-paste words and sentences from your word processor or other
text sources or type them in manually. In addition to the
unlimited number of word and sentence lists and matching tests you can create, the program comes
with over 5000 words, sentences, and matching test items. Words
are grouped in lists of those commonly misspelled, most
important for reading and writing, according to
frequency of use, according to grade level, and national spelling
bee words. |

| Note:
You have the option to use Peedy, the computer system's
default Microsoft Voice or work with no voice and animation. The
word appears for the time interval that you set. You also determines
the number of tries the user
will get to type the word successfully. The following exercise was set
for 2
tries. The user
can hear the word as many times as the 'Repeat Word' button is pressed. |

| In level one, the vowels disappear and the user types in the entire word in the lower text box. |

| For level two, the consonants disappear. |
 |

| Level three, vowels and consonants are replaced with dashes. |

| Level four, all characters are removed, leaving no visual cues. |

addition to word lists, you can also write lists of sentences.

same 'cloze' method used for spelling words is used for
sentences. This provides additional stimulus for improved
reading, oral and written
expression, and retention of subject materials. |

Plus also delivers punctuation, capitalization, and
paragraphing exercises. In this punctuation exercise, the
complete,
punctuated sentence has appeared, for a specified time
interval, in the upper text box and has disappeared. The sentence
reappeared in the lower text box stripped of all punctuation marks. The
user is attempting to replicate the fully punctuated sentence.
The two commas and the open parenthesis mark have been correctly
inserted. Positive feedback will follow if the close parenthesis and
the period is inserted. |

| The
capitalization exercise uses a similar procedure. After
viewing the correctly capitalized sentence, all upper case characters
are changed to lower case and the user attempts to make the necessary
corrections. |
